Nice italian place. Food was great and it was only a couple of blocks from the hotel. Bartender must've been having a bad day, she had a permanent scowl. The rest of the staff was delightful.

Zach was my server and was very attentive. Escargot was a tad bland, could have used some more garlic and served in an escargot dish with cheese. The combo spaghetti and ravioli dish was delicious, Zach suggested the marinara and it didn't disappoint. The tiramisu was a good ending to the meal.

Saputo's has been around since the 1950s and is worth the visit. It has a family feel; good for gatherings of close friends and couples. They offer homemade entrées and sufficient wine & bar selections. There's low lighting, increasing the feeling of exclusivity. There's a sign on the door instructing gentlemen to wear shirts with sleeves. Only a few followed the suggestion, but it would be very fitting for a more upscale place like this. Reservations aren't a bad idea, especially for parties larger than 4!

Delicious food and big portions. Good selection of wine at affordable prices. Great little Italian restaurant. Call for reservations around peek dinner times.

Outstanding service from Dawsonaa! She always made sure our drinks were filled, brought our food out quickly & was so sweet! I loved the sausage bites with the sauce. The filet steak was perfect & the pasta was outstanding. Their red sauce is so good. I am so glad we picked this place on our short 2 day visit to Springfield. When we are back in town; definitely coming here!

My husband always orders the fried chicken. He says it is very flavorful, delicious and crispy and he orders it with a side of spaghetti and a house salad; which he enjoys very much. Also, I ordered my personal favorite, the baked mostaccioli. The sauce is the best meat sauce I have ever had! It's a little different than most meat sauces as the sausage is cooked down very fine and it is sweet but, not real sweet; just a hint of sweetness to mingle deliciously with the whole dish and it comes out piping hot with a wonderfully tasty mozzarella cheese melted on top of the whole dish. It is so delicious!! The wait staff is very attentive and knowledgeable of the food on the menu. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Had a nice dinner on a Thursday night. Only had to wait a minute for a table. Seems like an old school, family run Italian restaurant. Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The meal came with bread and cracker basket, as well as a salad. My main course was lasagna with meatballs. Very good meal.

Was here for a luncheon with a group. The lunch menu has plenty of nice choices. The spaghetti lunch portion is more than enough. The complimentary fresh warm bread was delicious. The service is excellent!
